Sealed boxes and non break items ship within 1 business day of payment or within 24hrs of release for Pre Sale items.
FOR PRE SALE BOXES & ITEMS WITH PRE SALE DATES:
We cannot control the release dates by manufacturers and these will sometimes change. We try our best to keep these updated but please keep this in mind when purchasing Pre Sale items. Pre Sale items can sometimes be as far out as 90 days from release.
By purchasing now you lock in the price so if it goes up on release day you do not pay any more.
FLAT RATE POLICY:
Items with flat rate shipping apply only to the continental US. Please email for a proper quote including VAT/CUSTOMS charges if ordering outside the US. We will not underestimate the value of an item for customs, so please do not ask. Please include shipping address and item when contacting. Orders without a proper quote will be refunded.

All break items purchased and opened on air are non returnable and non refundable.
RETURNS POLICY FOR NON BREAK ITEMS: (SEALED ITEMS)
You may return new, unopened factory sealed boxed items or items with a specific return policy within that items description within 30 days of delivery for a full refund unless claim is for damage caused by shipper. This applies to "boxed" products only. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Again, this applies to un-opened full box, pack products, collectibles, and supplies only. It is important to make any damage claims in a timely manner as most shippers have specific policies on how long a claim may be filed. Most like UPS, FedEx, or USPS allow 10 business days for claims from the time of receipt. Exceptions do occur and a claim may always be filed so we encourage you to do so regardless. However, we have no control of the outcome of such late claims.
If a damage claim is the result of UPS handling then a claim will need to be made with UPS. We can initiate that claim for you on your behalf but once a claim is submitted we have no control over the outcome or length of time to resolve any such claims.
If a damage claim is the result of USPS mail handling then a claim will need to be made with USPS mail and we can provide links to information on how to initiate such a claim with USPS for you. USPS claims need to be claimed by the recipient in most cases with the exception of lost packages generally.
For claims being the result of our error or a warranty claim you may initiate with us directly and you should expect to receive your qualified refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the estimated transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days but generally the same day), and the time it takes your bank or credit card to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, approved, and processed the returned item.
SHIPPING TERMS FOR BOX BREAKS:
WE SHIP "BOX BREAKS" ONCE A WEEK.
Typically the Monday after the past weeks breaks. All other items ship ASAP.
Orders are marked "Completed" to distribute your break rewards once the order has transferred to the Break List App. This is typically done within 24hrs of the last live broadcast so you can enjoy your rewards faster. This does not mean your item has shipped & is only done to distribute reward points. Items that have shipped will say "shipped"
Please be patient and understand our reasoning for shipping breaks once a week. If you would like your product sooner you may message us for a quote and pay the actual shipping costs. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
APO/Military Bases: You must contact us for exact shipping rates to any Military base.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
SHIPPING POLICY FOR FOREIGN ORDERS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Please contact us for foreign orders so we may get you a quote & set your country up for shipping if you experience errors trying to checkout. By default, foreign orders may be blocked for your country until we can confirm a shipping code for you. Flat rate shipping on some of our products apply to U.S. sales only due to VAT/CUSTOMS charges and we cannot complete an order that is not correctly estimated ahead of time. We will not underestimate the value of an item for customs, so please do not ask. For breaks Email or PM us and we will be glad to get you a quote for once a week, twice a month, or once a month shipping to save you money.
All cards will ship from your breaks since you are paying the actual shipping costs!
OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
IMPORTANT: YOU MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO ORDERING AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS. WE MUST HAVE AN AGREEMENT ON FILE UNLESS YOU ARE CHECKING OUT WITH THE ACTUAL SHIPPING RATES QUOTED AT CHECKOUT, NOT THE $.01 OPTION.
ORDERS TO THE UNITED KINGDOM, IRELAND, AND OTHERS ARE CURRENTLY SET TO $.01 FOR THE 1ST OPTION SO YOU CAN PLACE ORDERS UNDER THE FOLLOWING AGREED UPON ARRANGEMENTS. ORDERS MADE WITHOUT THIS AGREEMENT IN PLACE WILL BE CHARGED THE ACTUAL QUOTED RATE or REFUNDED SO PLEASE BE SURE TO CONTACT US FIRST IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. If you have made prior arrangements with Premier we offer the following options to help keep shipping costs to a minimum on International shipments. You must contact us prior to ordering and agree to these options. Orders made without prior contact will be at quoted carrier rate or refunded.
OPTION 1: Shipping will be invoiced every one - two weeks for the total of all your breaks in this period. Approximately every one to two weeks (whichever you indicate to us) we will contact you with a shipping quote for the items you have and invoice for the amount. Once payment is received we will ship your items and upload the tracking to your account.
OPTION 2: Shipping will be invoiced once a month for the total of all your breaks in this period. Approximately every 30 days we will contact you with a shipping quote for the items you have and invoice for the amount. Once payment is received we will ship your items and upload the tracking to your account.
OPTION 3: You set the shipping intervals and we quote at that time for actual shipping charges.
The average box is $25.00 a shipment, $67.00 for a medium box, & $132 for a large box but your shipment will be based on an actual weight quote. Several breaks typically fit in the average size box with the exception of heavy base card product breaks. The above is just an estimate based on past quotes and is for reference only. You will be invoiced for the actual shipping charges at the time of shipment. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions. Every two weeks or once a month helps keep your cost down, if you want your cards sooner please message us for a quote. Thank you!
We will also sell any of your unwanted cards for you at a reasonable fee. Please inquire if you get any cards you prefer to sell rather than have shipped to you and we will get you a quote and handle all the details. If you would like any cards slabbed or graded please let us know this as well.
